The Muncie 828S-M6510-Q1EG or 828SM6510Q1EG is an 82 Series power take-off built for heavy-duty pump and blower applications. It uses a double-acting air shift for positive engagement and disengagement, and its cast iron housing is rated at up to 500 lb.ft. intermittent torque and 95 H.P. at 1,000 RPM at the top speed ratio, making it suitable for high-volume hydraulic pumps and high-CFM blowers. The 82 Series supports 8 speed ratios and 9 output shaft options, with two companion flange output types for remote pump or mechanical drive configurations. Seven direct-mount pump flange options cover S.A.E. "B," "BB," "C," and "D" mounts as well as DIN 5462 mounts, and all direct-mount flanges are rotatable for pump positioning and clearance.
