The Muncie 828S-U6809-V3CX or 828SU6809V3CX is a power take-off from Muncie's 82 Series, engineered for high-torque, heavy-duty truck applications. The 82 Series features a double-acting air shift mechanism for positive engagement and disengagement, a cast iron housing, and a rotatable direct-mount pump flange as standard. The series supports up to 500 lb.ft. intermittent torque and 95 H.P. at 1,000 RPM, making it capable of driving high-volume pumps and high-CFM blowers.
