The Muncie 828S-U6809-V3ZX or 828SU6809V3ZX is a heavy-duty power take-off from Muncie's 82 Series, built for high-torque applications such as high-volume pumps and high-CFM blowers. The 82 Series uses a double-acting air shift for positive engagement and disengagement, and the cast iron housing stands up to demanding duty cycles. The series supports up to 500 lb-ft intermittent torque capacity and up to 95 HP at 1,000 RPM. Rotatable direct-mount flanges allow the pump to be positioned for maximum clearance, and seven direct-mount pump options cover SAE "B", "BB", "C", and "D" as well as DIN 5462 mount configurations.
