The Muncie CS40-A1007-H1CB or CS40A1007H1CB is a heavy-duty clutch shift power take-off from the CS40/41 Series, designed for maximum power delivery on Allison 3000/4000 and Caterpillar CX transmissions. This 10-bolt unit features precision ground gears for quiet, high-torque operation and extra-large bearings for durability. Output options include a 1410 series remote mount shaft for remote pump drives, plus SAE "C" and DIN 5462 direct mount flanges that fit most high-power-input pump applications. The direct mount flanges are rotatable to maximize pump clearance. Two assembly arrangements let you mount the PTO shaft high or low on either side of the transmission. Standard pressure lubrication is built in. Maximum output speed on fire pump applications is 4,000 RPM. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
