The Muncie CS6B-I8405-S3KX or CS6BI8405S3KX is a CS6 Series power take-off unit built around a 6-bolt clutch shift design. It belongs to Muncie's CS6/CS8 family, which is engineered to fit Allison 1000/2000 series automatic transmissions as well as many popular manual transmissions. The unit accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 direct-mount pump flanges, with rotatable mounting positions to help clear tight underbody layouts. A patented Muncie drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. Remote-mount output shaft options include keyed and flange types.
