The Muncie CS6BA6804E1VP is a CS6/CS8 Series Power Take-Off designed for direct-mount pump applications. The CS6/CS8 Series is engineered to fit Allison 1000/2000 series transmissions as well as many manual transmissions, accepting six transmission input gear configurations to cover a wide range of common applications. Direct-mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 standards, and the rotatable mounting flanges allow pump positioning for maximum clearance. A patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. Series ratings cover intermittent output up to 57 HP at 1,000 RPM and 300 lb-ft intermittent torque.
