The Muncie CS6F-F8409-A3KX or CS6FF8409A3KX is a CS6/CS8 Series power take-off designed to fit Allison 1000/2000 series transmissions as well as many popular manual transmissions. The CS6/CS8 Series accepts six transmission input gear configurations, giving it broad coverage across automatic and manual applications. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges are rotatable to position the pump for maximum clearance in the chassis. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types. The series also incorporates Muncie's patented drag brake, which prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged.
