The Muncie CS6S-M6509-A1CX or CS6SM6509A1CX is a CS6 Series power take-off (PTO) assembly with a 6-bolt clutch shift configuration. The CS6 Series is designed to mount directly to Allison 1000/2000 series automatic transmissions and many popular manual transmissions, drawing from six transmission input gear positions for broad fitment coverage. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" and DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate to allow pump positioning for maximum clearance. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available for shaft speed monitoring with a System Protection Device.
