The Muncie CS6S-U6809-E1CX or CS6SU6809E1CX is a CS6 Series 6-bolt clutch shift power take-off designed for direct mount pump applications. Part of Muncie's CS6/CS8 family, it fits Allison 1000/2000 series automatic transmissions and a wide range of manual transmissions via six selectable input gears. The unit accepts SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 direct mount pump flanges, and the rotatable flange design allows pump positioning for clearance in tight installations. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator is available for shaft speed monitoring with a System Protection Device.
