The Muncie CS6S-U6812-E1PX or CS6SU6812E1PX is a CS6 Series power take-off featuring a 6-bolt clutch shift design. As part of the CS6/CS8 family, this PTO is commonly used with Allison 1000/2000 series automatic transmissions as well as many popular manual transmissions. The series accommodates six transmission input gear configurations, three remote-mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types, and direct-mount pump flanges in SAE A, B, and BB as well as DIN 5462 patterns. Rotatable direct-mount flanges allow the pump to be positioned for maximum clearance in the application. A patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position.
