The Muncie CS6 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS6S-U6812-H3KP or CS6SU6812H3KP, is a 6-bolt clutch shift PTO designed for direct-mount pump applications. It is part of Muncie's CS6/CS8 Series, which commonly fits Allison 1000/2000 series automatic transmissions as well as many popular manual transmissions.
