The Muncie CS8S-U6807-A12X or CS8SU6807A12X is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO from the CS8 Series, designed to cover a broad range of automatic and manual transmission applications. It offers three remote mount output shaft configurations in both keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive setups. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable to maximize installation clearance and are compatible with SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump interfaces. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator is available for use with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
