The Muncie CS8S-U6807-E3CX or CS8SU6807E3CX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It covers 19 transmission input gear configurations, making it compatible with a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and those flanges rotate to maximize pump clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents unintended shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
