The Muncie SH6B-U6005-A1BX (also referenced as SH6BU6005A1BX) is an SH Series air-shift power take-off built for high-torque truck applications. Muncie designed the SH Series to bridge the gap between the TG and 82 Series, offering an integral air-shift design with no exposed air cylinder. The 6-bolt cast iron housing mounts cleanly to the transmission, and the unit accommodates up to 17 input gear sets, covering most popular transmissions. Five speed ratios provide application flexibility, and 12 output shaft options suit most common hydraulic pump configurations. At the 05 and 07 speed ratios, the SH Series is rated for up to 400 lb-ft intermittent torque and 280 lb-ft continuous torque at 1,000 RPM.
