The Muncie SH6B-U6809-A3EX (also referenced as SH6BU6809A3EX) is an SH Series air-shift-only power take-off built for high-torque applications. The SH Series was developed to fill the gap between the TG and 82 Series PTOs. The integral air shift design keeps the air cylinder fully enclosed, eliminating the exposed-cylinder failure points found on older designs. The 6-bolt cast iron housing mounts securely to the transmission. With 17 input gear sets to choose from across the SH Series, this family covers most popular transmission applications, and 12 output shaft options accommodate a wide range of pump types.
