The Muncie SH6D-S6809-A3BX (also referenced as SH6DS6809A3BX) is an SH Series air shift power take-off built for high torque applications. The SH Series fills the performance gap between Muncie's TG and 82 Series PTOs. This unit uses an integral air shift design with no exposed air cylinder, and mounts via a 6-bolt cast iron housing. Five speed ratios and 12 output shaft options give it broad compatibility across pump types, while 17 input gear set options cover most popular transmission applications. Speed ratio 05 and 07 configurations carry intermittent torque ratings of 400 lb-ft (542 Nm) and continuous ratings of 280 lb-ft (379 Nm) at 1,000 RPM.
