The Muncie SH6S-U6809-A1KX or SH6SU6809A1KX is an air-shift-only power take-off from Muncie Power's SH Series, engineered for high-torque applications that fall between the TG and 82 Series in capacity. The integral air shift design keeps the air cylinder fully enclosed within the housing, eliminating exposed components. The 6-bolt cast iron housing mounts securely to the transmission. With 17 available input gear sets, the SH Series accommodates most popular transmissions, and 12 output shaft options cover the majority of common pump types. Five speed ratios are available across the series; intermittent torque ratings reach 400 ft-lb (542 NM) at 76 HP intermittent at 1,000 RPM depending on the selected ratio.
