The Muncie SH8B-U6005-P1BX or SH8BU6005P1BX is a heavy-duty air-shift power take-off from Muncie's SH Series, built to fill the torque gap between lighter and heavier PTO lines. The 8-bolt cast iron housing mounts cleanly and holds up under continuous service. Engagement is air-shift only with an integral design that eliminates an exposed air cylinder, keeping the installation compact. Seventeen input gear sets cover the most common transmission configurations, and five speed ratios let you match output speed to the driven equipment. Twelve output shaft options accommodate the most popular hydraulic pump types. At speed ratio 05 or 07, the series is rated for 400 ft-lb. intermittent torque and 280 ft-lb. continuous torque at 1,000 RPM.
