The Muncie SH8B-U6813-A3BX (also referenced as SH8BU6813A3BX) is an SH Series air-shift power take-off built for high-torque truck applications. It mounts via an 8-bolt cast iron housing and uses an integral air shift mechanism with no exposed air cylinder. Seventeen input gear sets cover most popular transmission configurations, and 12 output shaft options accommodate a wide range of pump types. Five speed ratios are available across the series, with intermittent torque ratings reaching 400 lb-ft and continuous ratings to 280 lb-ft at the higher speed ratios.
