The Muncie SH8S-M6512-A1PX (also referenced as SH8SM6512A1PX) is an SH8 Series power take-off built for high-torque applications. This air-shift-only unit features an integral air shift design with no exposed air cylinder, an 8-bolt cast iron housing for straightforward mounting, and 5 available speed ratios. Intermittent torque ratings range from 325 to 400 lb-ft depending on speed ratio, with continuous torque ratings from 228 to 280 lb-ft. Seventeen input gear sets cover most popular transmission applications, and 12 output shaft options accommodate a wide range of pump types.
