The Muncie SH8S-U6005-A3IR or SH8SU6005A3IR is an air-shift-only power take-off from the Muncie SH8 Series, built for high-torque applications that fall between the TG and 82 Series in capacity. The housing is 8-bolt cast iron, sized at 11.63 in. H x 13.38 in. W x 15.63 in. L, and the integral air shift design keeps the air cylinder fully internal with no exposed components. Five speed ratios are available across the series, covering intermittent ratings from 62 to 76 HP at 1,000 RPM and intermittent torque from 325 to 400 lb-ft depending on ratio selected.
