The Muncie SH8 Series Power Take-Off, part number SH8S-U6809-A1PX or SH8SU6809A1PX, is an air-shift-only PTO built for high-torque applications. It mounts via an 8-bolt cast iron housing and uses an integral air shift design with no exposed air cylinder. Five speed ratios cover a range of duty cycles, and 17 input gear sets make it compatible with most popular transmissions. Twelve output shaft options accommodate most popular pump types. At speed ratio 05 or 07, intermittent torque reaches 400 lb-ft (542 Nm) at 76 hp; at ratios 12 and 13, intermittent torque is 325 lb-ft (441 Nm) at 62 hp. Overall dimensions are 11.63 in.
