The Muncie TG6F-F8606-A1BX or TG6FF8606A1BX is a TG Series double-gear power take-off, the most widely used PTO type in the heavy-duty truck industry. The TG Series is configurable across 10 speed ratios, 13 shift types, 10 output shaft options, and 11 input gears to cover most popular transmissions. The die-cast aluminum housing reduces noise and dissipates heat, while the constant mesh input gear isolates the transmission from engagement errors. Electric or hydraulic shift eliminates the need for shift cables, and rotatable hydraulic flanges maximize pump clearance. The extra large shift cover opening gives direct access for backlash checks.
