Muncie TG6S-F6315-A1SH or TG6SF6315A1SH is a genuine TG6 Series power take-off with a 6-bolt housing and mechanical shift. The TG Series uses a modular design for easier repair and a compact body that minimizes mounting interference. Its constant mesh input gear keeps the transmission isolated from engagement errors. In service, a PTO draws power from the transmission through that input gear and hands it to a pump or driveline. A high-pitched whine often means the gear mesh is too tight or a bearing is tired, and chatter that fades under load usually means too much clearance. Not sure this is your PTO? Give us a call.
