Muncie TG6S-F7007-X3SX or TG6SF7007X3SX is a TG6 Series PTO (power takeoff) with a 6-bolt housing and mechanical shift. The TG Series is Muncie's double-gear design, built around a die-cast aluminum housing and a constant mesh input gear that isolates the transmission from engagement errors.
A PTO draws power from the transmission and passes it to auxiliary equipment, such as a hydraulic pump. A whine from the unit usually points to gears meshing too tightly, while a chatter points to too much play between them.
