Muncie TG6S-F7008-A3IX or TG6SF7008A3IX is a TG Series power take-off with a 6-bolt housing and mechanical shift, a genuine Muncie part from Pro Gear and Transmission. The TG Series is Muncie's double-gear type PTO. It pairs a die-cast aluminum housing with a constant mesh input gear, so engagement mistakes do not reach the transmission, and the modular design keeps repairs simple. A wide shift cover opening makes backlash easy to check.
A transmission-mounted PTO is driven by the gearbox and passes that power out to run auxiliary equipment such as pumps.
