Muncie TG8B-U6808-P3KX or TG8BU6808P3KX is a TG8 Series PTO with an 8-bolt housing and mechanical shift. The die-cast aluminum case keeps noise down and sheds heat well, and the modular construction keeps the unit straightforward to repair.
A power take-off of this double-gear type mounts on the transmission and lets it drive auxiliary equipment such as a hydraulic pump. The constant mesh input gear isolates the transmission from engagement errors, and the extra large shift cover opening makes backlash easy to check. The TG Series is built in 10 speed ratios, 13 shift types and 10 output shaft options, so call Pro Gear and Transmission to confirm proper fit for your application. A genuine Muncie part.
