Muncie TG8B-U6808-X3KX or TG8BU6808X3KX is a TG Series PTO built with an 8-bolt housing and mechanical shift. It is a genuine Muncie part sold by Pro Gear and Transmission. This kind of unit bolts to the transmission and drives auxiliary equipment such as a hydraulic pump. Because a mechanical-shift PTO engages by sliding a gear into mesh, the transmission gears should be stopped before you shift it in.
