Muncie TG8S-U6812-P1PG or TG8SU6812P1PG is a TG8 Series power take-off with an 8-bolt housing and mechanical shift. It is a genuine Muncie part from Pro Gear and Transmission. The TG Series is a double-gear design, and this unit's die-cast aluminum housing keeps weight and noise down while shedding heat well. The compact size limits mounting interference.
Power flows from the engine through the transmission into the PTO gearbox, which can turn hydraulic or vacuum pumps. Because the input gear is constantly meshed, the transmission is shielded from engagement errors.
