Muncie TG8S-U6812-X1BH or TG8SU6812X1BH is a genuine TG8 Series PTO with an 8-bolt housing and a mechanical shift. In general, a power take-off draws engine power through the transmission into its own gearbox, and from there it can turn auxiliary equipment such as hydraulic or vacuum pumps. A mechanically shifted unit is engaged with the input gear at rest.
