The Muncie 06TA6228 is an SAE BB shaft assembly for the Muncie EX Drive shaft extension system, specified for use with Allison 4000 series transmissions equipped with a retarder or cooler. The shaft features a 1.0"-15T spline output and measures 26.5" overall length. It is part of Muncie's three-piece shaft design, which uses a wet spline configuration to protect spline surfaces and extend service life.
