SS66-U2X2-P00XXX Muncie Split Shaft PTO

The Muncie SS66-U2X2-P00XXX or SS66U2X2P00XXX is a split shaft power take-off designed to provide two 6-bolt PTO apertures where none exist on the main transmission or where space limits access to a second transmission opening. It uses the main vehicle driveshaft as its input and disconnects the rear axle when engaged, redirecting power to auxiliary equipment. Through-shaft flanges are compatible with Spicer 1410 and 1500/1510 series drivelines, and maximum through-shaft torque is rated at 2,900 lb-ft. The SS66 series is typically used on chassis up to Class 5. Engagement is via air-shift or heavy-duty push/pull cable. Both 6-bolt openings accept common PTO series including the TG and CS6.
