The Muncie 15T67210 is a genuine Muncie Start® valve body, identified in Muncie's own parts documentation as the integral solenoid shift cover used on SX, S2, and RS shift type PTOs. This cover houses the solenoid valve that controls air flow to the PTO's shift mechanism, engaging and disengaging the clutch pack on Muncie Start equipped units.
