NS20-06-5137 is a genuine Newstar 6-hole direct mount PTO assembly, built as a replacement for the Chelsea 442XSAPX-W5XK power take off unit. It also interchanges with TG6S-S6112-C3KX or TG6SS6112C3KX and 625R12PA-XC5A or 625R12PAXC5A, as well as MH6SO33XW3RA. The 6-hole direct mount pattern allows it to bolt straight to compatible transmission openings without an adapter.
