24005 Permatex Medium Strength Threadlocker BLUE Gel is an all-purpose threadlocker for nut and bolt applications from 1/4 in. to 3/4 in. (6 mm to 20 mm). The gel body stays where it is put instead of running, so there are no drips, globs or wasted product. It locks and seals threads against loosening from vibration, protects them from corrosion, and lets the fastener come apart later with ordinary hand tools. Clean the threads first for the best grip. It can eliminate the need to stock expensive lock nuts and lock washers. Conforms to ASTM D 5363 AN0321 (Mil-S-46163A, Type II, Grade N). Sold by Pro Gear and Transmission.
