Brush or spray it on and within minutes old rust is replaced by a durable black polymer coating that can be painted over. The formula works as an effective primer and is compatible with body filler and fiberglass. Application temperature must be between 50 degrees F and 90 degrees F (10 degrees C and 32 degrees C); treated surfaces must not exceed 200 degrees F (93 degrees C) in service.
