The WA140-0041 is a World American ratchet binder with jaw-jaw ends and a 10 inch barrel, built for securing cargo loads. This ratchet cable puller design gives operators mechanical leverage to tighten and lock down chains between jaw hooks on both ends. It also interchanges with MDW-WA140-0041 and LDR-J-J-10.
