This retaining ring kit bundles the rings and snap rings needed for a complete transmission rebuild, covering 10 individual ring types across 16 pieces total. Included are external/spiral retaining rings, an external snap ring, and a mix of additional rings and retaining rings sized for various shafts and bores within the transmission. Each ring seats into a machined groove to hold gears, bearings, or shafts in place and prevent axial movement. It is sold as one complete kit and is made by PAI.
