This spring pad kit is made for Mack trucks with the 44,000 camel back suspension and includes both upper and lower insulators along with the screws, nuts, and washers needed to install them. It sits between the leaf spring and axle to cushion that contact point and cut down on metal-to-metal wear from road vibration. The kit is packaged complete and sold as one set per pack.
