This surge tank kit fits Mack CXP, CXN/CXU, CX, CT/CTP, and CV models, replacing the complete coolant header tank assembly. It includes the tank, two radiator caps, mounting bracket, tank strap, insulators, lock nut, cable ties, plug, fittings, and coolant hose needed for the swap. It serves as the vent point that keeps coolant volume and pressure regulated at the top of the radiator loop.
