The CS15-2002 is a World American weld-on floor tie-down anchor assembly built around 3/8" G70 chain hardware. It's designed to be welded directly into a trailer floor or deck as a fixed cargo tie-down point. This part also interchanges with MDW-CS15-2002 and FTD38-W-US, so it's a direct fit if you're replacing one of those references.
