This offset arm slack adjuster is sold as a 4-pack, letting fleet maintenance shops stock or replace multiple units at once on Mack applications. The angled arm changes pushrod geometry at the brake camshaft to compensate for lining wear and keep stroke and timing in check. It is a replacement for the brake foundation system.
