This air conditioning thermostat fits Mack R, RB, RD, RW, and CH model trucks and is packaged one per unit. It works by tracking evaporator temperature and cycling the compressor clutch on and off to keep the cabin cool without letting the coil ice over. It is made by PAI as a replacement for older Mack A/C systems.
