This crankcase breather filter fits Mack applications and is sold as a pack of 5 identical elements, each measuring 1.5 in. x 4 in. x 7 in. (H x W x L). It is made by PAI as a replacement ventilation filter that vents excess crankcase pressure and blow-by gases while trapping oil mist to keep contaminants from building up inside the engine.
