This 4th/5th shift rail is made by PAI for Mack manual transmissions, fitting the TRL-107 5-speed, TRL-1076/1078 5-speed, TRXL-107 6-speed, and TRDL/TRDLG-107 and 1070 10-speed families. Inside the case it slides to guide the shift fork side to side, letting the driver engage or disengage 4th and 5th gear. It serves as a direct replacement for the OEM rail in these Mack transmission setups.
