This left-hand air brake valve fits Mack R, RB, RD, RW, DM, and U model trucks and measures 1.5 x 6 x 8.5 inches, made by PAI as a replacement for that valve position. It mounts on the truck body to allow manual actuation of the trailer air brake or emergency system from outside the cab. Sold individually for cab and chassis brake system repairs.
