This rear pinion cup is made by PAI for the Mack CRD 117 differential and is sold individually. It presses into the differential carrier to seat the tapered roller bearing that positions the pinion gear, letting the gear spin smoothly while holding correct mesh and preload. It fits Mack applications along with certain Caterpillar and GMC Truck differentials.
