Bendix 131037 is the Kit AD-9, an air brake dryer kit, and a genuine Bendix part from Pro Gear and Transmission.
An air brake dryer keeps pulling moisture out of the compressed air before it reaches the rest of the brake system. When the drying stage stops keeping up, moisture can carry into the air lines, which invites condensation and corrosion in the brake system.
