K165671 is a genuine Bendix SmarTire receiver ECU (Electronic Control Unit), part of a tire pressure monitoring system for commercial vehicles. The receiver is the on-vehicle unit that picks up the wireless pressure and temperature readings sent out by the sensors inside each tire.
