The Chelsea 282GDAJX-V3XD is a medium-duty hot shift power take-off from the Chelsea 282 Series, designed for demanding mobile equipment applications including aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water trucks, and fuel oil delivery. The 282 Series supports pneumatic or hydraulic (PowerShift) engagement and mounts via an 8-bolt pattern. The series is rated for intermittent torque of 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) and offers shaft power of 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Rotatable flanges and an integral air valve are standard series features. Available in wet-spline and Smart Start configurations within the 282 family.
